Information collected
The public website does not create guest accounts or accept online payments. Contact actions open your chosen phone, email, map, Instagram, or WhatsApp service. The private feedback page collects only the information a guest submits.
Guest feedback
Feedback ratings, stay date, comments, and any optional contact details are sent to a private spreadsheet controlled by the hotel. Feedback is not published publicly. Contact details are used only when a guest asks for follow-up.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after consent. It helps the hotel understand page visits and interactions such as room views and contact-button clicks. Declining analytics does not affect essential site functions.
Security and spam prevention
The feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side validation to reduce automated abuse. Security services may process limited technical information needed to assess whether a submission is legitimate.
Retention and access
The hotel should retain feedback only as long as it remains useful for service improvement or follow-up. Guests may contact the hotel to request access, correction, or deletion of feedback linked to their contact details.
